Mrs. Rakiya Damakka Abubakar
CO-FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Co-Founder /Director L&Z Integrated Farms Nig. Ltd.
Additionally, she holds a prestigious position as an Executive Member of the Farmers Cooperative Society of Nigeria. She spearheaded the establishment of the Fulani Cooperative within L&Z Integrated Farms, recognized as the Best Women Entrepreneur of 2009, an accolade presented by Citibank/CBN.
Moreover, she currently serves as the Managing Director of Dairy Fresh Grass to Glass. She graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and received specialized training in milking systems at the Practical Training Centre (PTC+) in the Netherlands. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. Beyond her professional achievements, she embraces roles as a devoted wife, mother, and skilled caterer.
Muhammadu Damakka Abubakar

Muhammadu Damakka Abubakar is the MD/CEO of L&Z.
- He is currently the Managing Director / CEO of L&Z Integrated Farms Nig. Ltd, also the Chairman of L&Z Dairy fresh, marketing arm of the Farm. He is an Executive Leadership Member of the Nigeria Agribusiness Group (NABG).
- M.D. Abubakar is an Alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he obtained his B.sc in glass technology, M.sc in International Affairs & Diplomacy and an MBA from Lagos State University.
- M.D. Abubakar attended the Lagos Business School and was awarded a certificate in Driving Business Success.
- M.D. Abubakar is also a facilitator at the Lagos Business School.

L&Z Integrated Farms Nig Ltd. She was the former commissioner, of Budget and Economic planning Kano State, and former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development Kano state.
- She Organized and executed the first Women Consultative Forum aimed at developing a workable blueprint for the Kano State Ministry of Women Affairs in 2015. She is also a Director in Dairy Fresh Grass to Glass and A graduate of law from Bayero University Kano.

AYO BALOGUN

Ayodele Balogun is a seasoned executive with extensive experience…
in public administration, strategic consulting, and operations management. He holds an Executive Master of Public Administration and an Advanced Certificate in Conflict Studies from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, ranked as the top public administration school in the U.S. Additionally, Ayodele earned a Master of Science in Management from London Business School’s prestigious Sloan Programme and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos. Throughout his career, Ayodele has led and contributed to high-impact projects across various sectors, including agriculture, chemical industries, and strategic consulting. As a consultant on agriculture policy since 2015, he has worked with leading organizations like the African Union, African Development Bank, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on fertilizer market studies, value chain assessments, and policy development initiatives across Africa.
In his role as Group Chief Operations Officer at Notore Chemical Industries, Ayodele was instrumental in driving the company’s revenue to $235M in 2012, overseeing ISO certification, ERP implementation, and the development of a $1.5B expansion project. His leadership in sales, marketing, and business development during his tenure as Chief Commercial Officer at Notore resulted in significant revenue growth and the establishment of a robust distribution network that reached over 1.3 million farmers.
Ayodele has also made substantial contributions as a strategy and business development leader, notably at Goodyear Middle East and Africa, where he developed and executed a strategy to double revenue and EBIT over three years. His expertise extends to operational consulting for SMEs, where he has supported numerous companies in growth and human capital development.
Fluent in English, French, and Yoruba, Ayodele is a Nigerian national with a global perspective, having worked extensively across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. His broad experience, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence make him a highly valuable asset in any organization.
A.B MAHMOUD SAN, OON, FCIARB

A.B. Mahmoud graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria..
in 1979 where he obtained his LLB Certificate. He holds a Masters degree from the same university specializing in Company and Labor Relations Law. He worked for 15 years with the Kano State Ministry of Justice rising from pupil state counsel to the position of the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice and founded the Law Firm of Dikko & Mahmoud in 1993. He was the Chairman of the NBA, Kano Branch in 1993.
AB Mahmoud trained at various times at the International Development Law Institute in Rome where he obtained a certificate in Law and Development in 1987, and in Legal Aspects of Privatization in 1990. He also holds a Diploma in Sociology of Law from Onati Institute for the Sociology of Law in Spain (1990) and another certificate in Techniques of Privatization from the Institute of International Development at Harvard University (2000). He was at North Western University Chicago where he obtained a Certificate in Corporate Law and Business (2002). He also obtained a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and was admitted as a Fellow of the Chattered Institute of Arbitrators in 2008.
AB Mahmoud has at various times acted as an advocate, a solicitor and an arbitrator. He has considerable experience locally and internationally in dispute resolution and complex transactions. He has advised various public sector client and has acted on behalf of Federal Ministry of Finance, Federal Ministry of Water Resources, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), The Bureau of Public Enterprises, The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), The Nigerian National Assembly, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as well as several other private sector clients. He chaired the National Committee on the review of the Nigeria’s Code of Corporate Governance for Public Companies.
AB Mahmoud was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2001. He is a member of the Body of Benchers, Nigeria’s highest body for regulating the legal profession. He was the former president of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is currently the 1st Vice President of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Board Member of Dangote foundation and the Pro-Chancellor Kano State University of Science and Technology.
MARYAM UWAIS, MFR

who served as the Special Advisor on Social Investments to Muhammadu Buhari from 2015 till 2023 After her appointment, she was already an activist against poverty by working in N-Power, public enlightening and others.In 1981, Uwais started her education at Ahmadu Bello University where she had her LL.M in 1985.[6] Nigeria Institute of Advanced Legal Studies awarded her a certificate of honour in Advanced practice and Procedure that same year and Legal drafting in 1989. She worked as a special rapporteur on Child’s rights of the National Human Rights Commission council. In 2009, She founded the Isa Wali Empowerment Initiative.[7] She has also worked as a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Stanbic IBTC Holdings.
